Shipping Policy
Our warehouse located in Markham, Canada, all products will be shipped from Canada.
All in stock product orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Some of products are pre-order / Group buy products. By placing a pre-order or group buy order, you agree to the following terms:
1. Pre-order and group buy purchases are final, you can cancel your pre-order or group buy orders before pre-order or group buy close date. After close date, No cancellations or modifications are allowed.
2. Estimated delivery dates are provided on the product page and in Discord, but may be subject to delays due to manufacturing, shipping, or quality control issues.
3. All updates regarding delays or fulfillment progress will be posted in our discord.
4. Your order will be shipped once the production is complete and items have arrived at our warehouse.
Shipping Delivery Estimates
We offer shipping to Canada and US. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and shipping method selected.
Canada: usually 1-6 business days by many carries.
United States: 2-3 days by Fedex / Canada Post
International: 7-15 business days.
Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or unforeseen events.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Customs, Duties and Taxes.
Keybay.tech is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (e.g, tariffs, taxes, customs duties.)
Return Policy - Final Sale
All of our products are final sale. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges under any circumstances unless the product arrives with a verified manufacturer defect.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us by Email info@keybay.tech or submit a ticket in our discord with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will evaluate the case and provide a replacement or refund only if the defect is confirmed.
