Shipping & Return Policy

The sale of all items are final and non-refundable. Exceptions may be made in the event of a manufacturing defect or other extenuating circumstances, in which case please reach out to info@keybay.tech.

Cancellations:

Orders may be cancelled, but are subject to a 4% cancellation fee. This fee is also applicable to products that are removed from an order.

For Group Buy: All Group buy items can not be cancelled after Group buy closed.

Refunds:

In the event that a refund is issued, we will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Usually take 7-14 business days depends on your Bank or credit card company.

Delivery:

For all in-stock products, we typically ship your package within 24 hours or as soon as possible, except on weekends and public holidays (because logistics companies are closed at weekend and holidays).

Group buy products will be shipped gradually based on the specific shipping schedule. Sometimes, there may be delays due to uncontrollable factors, such as production or factory issues.

Package issues: If the tracking number from the logistics company shows any irregularities, such as "Undeliverable," "incorrect Address," or "Delay," Please contact the logistics company as soon as possible to correct your shipping address and reschedule your delivery. We will also do our best to help you contact the logistics company.

If the tracking number shows "Delivered" but you haven't received the package, please contact the logistics company immediately to locate it. We apologize, but in such cases, we are unable to assist further. We only follow the status indicated by the logistics company's tracking information.

To ensure you receive your items smoothly and to prevent loss or theft, we strongly recommend adding the "Signature on Delivery" Service
