Shipping your order
When will we ship yourorder?
All orders will be fulfilled by Keybay. We usually ship your order in 24 hours and the system will auto email you the tracking number. If you participated in group buying, please check the updates
For international orders,does import tax included?
Sorry, import tax is out of our control so import tax is not included
How long does the ordership to my address?
Most of our products are shipped to customers via our warehouse in Canada. But for some products we need to send the order to customers from our other warehouse, so the waiting time will be a little longer.
Canada orders usually take 2-5 business days.
US orders usually take 7-10 days
international orders usually take 15 days or less.
Please note that if the shipping method you choose does not include tracking, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the package after it has been dispatched due to the lack of tracking ability We would like you to receive your order asap, we are trying our best.

All pre-order and group-buy products are non-returnable after pre-order / group-buy close.
If you would like to edit your order, please email us before close.

Lost / stole packages
If a packageis lost in transit
we will issue you a replacement. If we do not have the item in stock anymore we will issue a full refund.
If a packagetracking statues changes to "Delivered", but you missed your package.
We would like to try our best to work with carrier to find your package, the result depends on the final investigation from carrier. We will not be able to send a replacement or issue a refund in this case.
