退款政策

General Return & Cancellation Policy

We can guarantee that every item we send out will be in good condition. If you find the products are damaged or missing any parts after receiving the product. Please contact us by Email within 14 days, and we will get in touch with you within 1 day.

If you can provide evidence to prove that there is indeed a problem with the product before you receive it, after we verify, we will help you return the goods and refund the full amount for you.

If you receive the product within 14days and there is no problem with the product:

     If you have not opened the package and the package is in good condition, we will charge 5% of the total price as the cost of mailing back to the warehouse.

     If you have opened the package and used the product, we will charge 10% of the total cost to help you return and refund.
